Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokus pengendalian, efikasi diri, dan keterampilan diri terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan menggunakan teknik sampling simple random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 200 responden pada siswa kelas X SMA di Jakarta Timur yang menggunakan instrumen lokus pengendalian, efikasi diri, dan keterampilan diri dan hasil belajar. Data penelitian yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) lokus pengendalian, efikasi diri, dan keterampilan diri mempunyai pengaruh langsung positif terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani, 2) lokus pengendalian dan efikasi diri mempunyai pengaruh langsung positif terhadap keterampilan diri siswa.  Hasil belajar penjas siswa sebaiknya ditingkatkan dengan cara meningkatkan faktor-faktor penyebab tingginya hasil belajar tersebut diantaranya adalah lokus pengendalian, efikasi diri, dan keterampilan diri. Tentuk masih ada faktor lain yang menjadi pendorong meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa yang dapat menjadi suatu topik penelitian baru. Implikasi kepada siswa dan guru yaitu sebaiknya menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dapat mengembangkan lokus pengendalian dan efikasi diri untuk meningkatkan keterampilan diri dan hasil belajar siswa.
